From noon to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening, dine on Le Lotus’ creative gastronomy in an intimate and elegant atmosphere, complemented by fine French wines.
Since 2020, InterContinental Resorts in French Polynesia and world-renowned French chef Bruno Oger have been cementing a partnership at Le Lotus. Our popular restaurant aims to elevate its operation with the benefit of chef’s savoir-faire, since Oger is widely recognized as an expert in French haute cuisine.
Chef Bruno Oger is working on the development of fresh menus and, along with chef Jacques di Guisto, supervising the execution of new dishes and the training of the culinary staff. Mr. Eric Descazaux, manager of La Villa Archange, chef Oger’s celebrated gastronomic restaurant in the south of France, will train the Le Lotus service team.
Chef Oger is becoming the soul of Le Lotus, bringing with him a wealth of talent, passion and technical prowess.
