Restaurant reservation, information on the use of your data

InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa uses the information you provide in this form to register your reservation, send you the related confirmations and reminders, and welcome you under the conditions you have indicated. This processing is necessary for the reservation you are requesting.

Only your last name, first name, email address, and phone number are required.
All other information is optional and you remain free not to provide it.

If you inform us of a food restriction, allergy, special diet, or any other indication relating to your health or beliefs, we only record this information with your express consent, collected on this form. It is shared only with the kitchen and floor staff who need it to prepare your meal. It is kept on your profile and carried over to your subsequent reservations, so that you do not have to provide it again each time. You may withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting your reservation.

We only send you news and commercial offers if you have checked the corresponding box.
You may unsubscribe at any time, via the link included in each message or by writing to us.

Your information is stored on the SevenRooms platform, which we use to manage our reservations and which acts only on our instructions. SevenRooms is a company incorporated under U.S. law, and your information is hosted in the United States. This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. SevenRooms separately processes, on its own behalf and under its own responsibility, technical usage data from its platform for the purpose of improving its services.

We retain your information for three years from your last reservation, after which it is deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the use of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, please write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@pbsc.pf or at DPO Groupe, BP 6014, 98702 Faa’a, Tahiti. We will respond within one month. If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
